Here comes the sales pitch…

Metro Village Limited is an award winning leading London independent Estate Agent, try saying that sentence after a few drinks! As an industry regulated team we pride ourselves on our professional approach and friendly manner and we even have a certificate wall showing off our winning and regulated talents!

We give sound, practical and honest advice on the property market, local trends and where the best places are to invest. Ching says “I, myself am an investor, so I understand the importance of knowing areas which are up-and-coming and areas which you will benefit the most from an investment property. I make sure the team are looking at London wide postcodes and can give accurate and insightful information. I also rent some of my properties through Metro Village so if you rent with us, I could end up as your landlord, and I am a good landlord, I promise!”

At Metro Village, we work closely with a number of developers across London giving us a unique advantage and access to new and future properties in a competitive market. This also allows us to offer properties for sale prior to completion, we love nothing better than taking clients on a site tour, our sales team look particularly lovely in a hard hat and high-vis jacket!

How we work

We believe transparency is a key element to our success; being open and honest is essential to our business growth. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, investor or seller we believe in making sure we are upfront from the start about what we can offer you, the reality of the property market in its recent form and the costs involved. We manage your expectations by giving you a realistic service, from accurate valuations and appraisals to complete honesty on the local market and what you can expect from the current conditions.

Our staff are local area experts meaning we can correctly advise you. We live and breathe the local areas (which means we have tried and tested every bar and restaurant) in which we operate giving us an advantage over our competitors.

Why is Metro Village the right Estate Agent for you?

Because we pride ourselves on knowledge and passion and it’s all about you! We are driven to succeed by you, we want to do better for you, we want the best for you. Have we said enough to make you believe us?

We know the local property market better than most and we make sure we are up to date with new projects, new developments and new plans for our local area, we endlessly read news articles, attend conferences and  meetings so you don’t have to!

Metro Village has strong links with south-east Asia. Whilst the cost of property in the UK is high, in Hong Kong and Singapore the prices remain higher. The warm welcome they get in the UK (us Brits are such lovely people) coupled with the property market offering a good return on their investment has seen pockets of London benefit from these overseas investors. Ching speaks fluent Cantonese. This has paved the way for development within the company which offers a specialist service for Chinese cash purchasers. The ties with the Asian market have given the Metro Village team good insight into current trends in the UK and overseas.

What we stand for?

We pride ourselves on being professional but fun. We offer a service which we can be proud of. The team is incredibly hardworking and passionate about the property industry. We maintain a solid understanding of new legislation and current property affairs; this allows us to discuss property matters with knowledge and preciseness. The team can talk for hours on the market- trust us!

Metro Village are also dedicated to local community and charity work and we are incredibly active in fundraising locally. Raising funds for local projects/schools is at the heart of what Metro Village stands for and we love nothing more than organising a charity event. We are constantly striving to make our local community better and Metro Village are currently involved in several community projects. Each Thursday if you stop by you will meet Mustak who is with us on work experience from Ian Mikardo School. The work placement allows Mustak to get a look at an office environment whilst learning the ‘ins and outs’ of an estate agents. The school is not a mainstream school and teenagers who attend have strong difficulties academically or have a very troublesome home life with no real role model, we want to be that role model. At Metro Village we believe everything we do is to create a better and more welcoming London for everyone to enjoy.

Why use Metro Village?

Metro Village is the Estate Agent who will go that extra mile for you, collectively as a team and individually. Working hard is our motto and thinking outside the box is a core part of our brand. We will offer you the best service, the most current and up to date advice and we will be honest about your property and your expectations. We will market your property correctly, we use professional photography for sales properties (and often lettings), we use Rightmove and Zoopla and local press. We also use our social media and our magnificent window display to showcase your property.

There is only one thing left to do - stop by our office and meet the team. The office, you can see has been designed to have a ‘lounge’ feel which will make you feel right at home- literally, although we do ask you to keep your shoes on!
