Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea, three locations in the SW area are fast becoming popular with the London property market.
Along with the number of new build properties which have recently come to market, The iconic Battersea Power Station is undergoing a massive transformation turning the former coal-fired power station into a place to live. The renovation of Battersea Power Station is making the development one of the most sought after addresses commercially and for residential. Domestic and overseas investors all want to own a property in this former electricity generator so it’s no surprise that internationally known brands want to have a base here. One of the worlds biggest brands technology giant Apple has confirmed it is making Battersea Power Station home to it’s new London headquarters. The multibillion pound restoration of the famed Grade II listed building, which includes the famous four towering chimneys, has proved enough for the iPhone creator to confirm their new base. Apple will become the largest commercial tenant with 1400 staff spanning over six floors and working out of the central boiler house.
